The Lloyds TSB Group Audit Graduate Programme is a fantastic opportunity for
talented graduates to develop their skills and abilities, within a leading FTSE
100 financial services firm. The three year Programme offers high calibre
individuals the unique opportunity to gain extensive business experience whilst
also receiving full support for a professional accountancy qualification.
Group Audit is Lloyds TSB’s internal audit function, responsible for providing
independent and objective assurance to the Group Executive Committee and the
Board on the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance
processes. We liaise with all the business units within Lloyds TSB and work
closely with the external auditors.
In order for graduates to gain experience in corporate governance, risk
identification, risk mitigation and control across the Group, the programme has
been designed to incorporate placements within different specialist teams
within Group Audit. There may also be the potential to undertake a placement
elsewhere in the Group.
Our programme provides full support and opportunities for development via on
the job coaching, your own mentor and through the award winning University for
Lloyds TSB. We also support professional study, and successful candidates will
be looking to achieve an accountancy qualification (e.g. ACCA) during the three
